Exploring solo position: Bridge

Be sure to do use all the ‘general ways to explore any solo position at the highest posing level in depth‘ as well as exploring the things specific to this individual position.

Key features of the position

This position requires a strong back – it is a position models who do yoga or gymnastics will be very familiar with.

The model lays on her back, places her feet and hands under her body, then pushes her body up till her arms and legs are straight

Posing levels this is suitable for

  • NDE
  • OL

* EXP and INS may be possible if a CSP is creative but this position is more easily suited to the lower posing levels

What customers like about it

This is a really impressive position – it is graceful and flexible and very feminine. It is a position associated with gymnasts and ‘everyone knows’, that sex with a gymnast is great as they are so flexible that they are able to pleasure a partner in ways that are normally not possible!.

Common errors

CSPs often cover this position at the NDE level when their intention was to cover it at the OL posing level. Remember that for a pose to be OL the labia and anus must be clearly visible.

Ways to explore the pose

The model can either be on her flat feet (slightly easier) or she can push up onto the tips of her toes for variety.

If a model is strong she may be able to explore this position further by lifting up a leg and making different shapes through it’s elevation.

CSPs should show the process of this position, capturing the model preparing to lift, lifting and coming back down to the ground as part of the pose being explored in depth.

This is a hard position for the model to move around in to add large variety, so getting creative with camera angles and lens lengths is a great way to explore this pose in full depth

Also consider

  • If the model is able can she walk backwards and forwards in a bridge pose (MMAIA). Such a section coudl be paired with other ‘fitness walks’ like the Bear Walk and the Duck Walk.
