Exploring solo position ‘Hips high, back low’

Be sure to do use all the ‘general ways to explore any solo position at the highest posing level in depth‘ as well as exploring the things specific to this individual position.

Key features of the position

The model lays on her back then pushes her hips and buttocks up off the floor while keeping her shoulders on the floor.

This is a good position to use if the model is very flexible – this would fit well into a yoga or dance themed shoot.

Posing levels this is suitable for

  • NDE
  • OL
  • EXP
  • INS

In the above example, Katya D is in an NDE position as while her legs are open, the camera is not picking up details of her labia and anus. This is a great example of ‘pushing the posing level’.

What customers like about it

The fact that the model has lifted her body up shows ‘willing’, customers can imagine the model is pushing her hips up towards them as an invitation for them to penetrate her. This position also shows off the models muscles well (as they work to hold the position).

Common errors

CSPs need to make sure they can see both the labia and anus clearly if they are intending to shoot the OL posing level. Sometimes CSPs get lost capturing the NDE posing level details of this pose when their intention were for this position to count towards the OL posing level. This eats into the overall highest posing level percentage.

Ways to explore the pose

Sounds simple but CSPs should walk around the position and capture it from different angles, there are lots of great details of the models buttock, chest and tummy muscles to be explored.

CSPs should consider mixing up the levels – what if her feet are on the sofa and her back is on the floor?

Also consider

  • Can she stand on tip toes and flex her feet??
  • Can the model lift one leg in the air in this position?
  • For MMAIA – can the model push her hips up and down?
